Questions About Our Fleet
Yes. When you book, specify the vehicle class you need and we'll confirm availability. Corporate account holders can set vehicle preferences for recurring routes — same vehicle type, every trip.
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is available for airport transfers at MIA, FLL, and PBI. All include flight tracking and meet-and-greet at the terminal. Airport transfers →
Cold bottled water, phone chargers (iPhone and Android), and climate control set to your preference. Wi-Fi is available in Sprinter vans and select SUVs. Additional amenities — specific beverages, reading materials — are available on request for corporate accounts.
It means a vehicle of equal or higher class may be substituted if your exact model is unavailable. A Cadillac XTS might be replaced by a Lincoln Continental. A Suburban by a Yukon XL. We always match or exceed the spec — never downgrade.
