Terms of Service

Important: If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the meeting point, DO NOT leave — you will be charged as a “No-Show.” Call dispatch immediately at +1 (786) 530-4770 so we can assist you.

By booking or using Osmos Black’s premium transportation services (“Services”) through our website (osmosblack.com), dispatch, agent links, online reservation system at osmosblack.com/reserve, or Limo Anywhere booking platform (“Company Platform”), you (“Customer,” “User,” “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Updates take effect upon posting; continued use indicates acceptance.

  • Vehicle: Any sedan, SUV, van, Sprinter, or limousine operated by Osmos Black or an affiliate.
  • Operator: Osmos Black or a vetted affiliate providing the ride.
  • Driver / Chauffeur: Licensed professional assigned to your trip.
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, road closures).
  • Services: All ground-transport offerings booked via the Company Platform.
  • Partner: A hotel, property manager, flight department, FBO, event planner, DMC, or other business entity enrolled in the Osmos Black Partner Program. New
  • Corporate Account: A business account with centralized billing, monthly invoicing, and multiple authorized travelers. New

Osmos Black provides high-end corporate chauffeur and concierge transportation throughout Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Key West, and Orlando. Our Services cover airport & seaport transfers, hourly charters, inter-city rides, corporate travel, hotel/resort transfers, special-event transportation, private-jet connections, investor roadshow logistics, concierge & lifestyle services, and multi-vehicle event coordination.

The fleet consists of Business Sedans, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Mercedes Sprinter (standard, Executive, and CEO configurations), and MKT Limousine. Mini Coach and Motor Coach vehicles are available through affiliate partners for groups up to 56 passengers.

All services are available in English, French, and Spanish. Nate (owner-operator) is natively bilingual (French/English). Spanish-speaking chauffeurs are also on the team.

All bookings must be secured with a valid credit/debit card through our Limo Anywhere platform or via the online reservation form at osmosblack.com/reserve. All rides require ID and payment method verification through our secure system unless you qualify for VIP Membership as defined in Section 7. Cards are pre-authorized when you book; base fare is captured once your ride is confirmed.

  • Authorized account holders may store cards securely on file.
  • Agents, assistants, and corporate travel managers must book through their dedicated link or by contacting dispatch; they are fully responsible for informing passengers of these T&C and for any charges or rule violations by those passengers.
  • Osmos Black may, at its discretion, assign your ride to a vetted affiliate partner to ensure seamless service.
4.1  Incidental Charges & Ongoing Authorization

By booking, you authorize Osmos Black to capture additional fees (wait time, stops, tolls, parking, cleaning, excess mileage, damages) for up to 30 days after the trip to reflect the final cost of your personalized route. You agree to maintain sufficient funds/credit during that period. If a charge fails, you will promptly provide an alternate card and authorize Osmos Black to process payment; we may apply fees in one or multiple transactions at our discretion.

4.2  Deposits & Payment Processing Fees

Any deposits held by Osmos Black are non-refundable. If paying by credit/debit card, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be added to the total.

4.3  Corporate Account Billing New

Corporate Account holders receive centralized monthly invoicing on the 1st of each month for the prior month’s rides. Invoices are due net-15. Payment may be made via Zelle or credit card. Multiple authorized travelers may be added to a single account. Corporate Accounts do not require per-ride payment at booking; charges are consolidated on the monthly statement. Corporate account terms are established during account setup and may differ from standard payment terms.

Important: Corporate accounts do not exempt clients from cancellation, no-show, or wait-time policies outlined in Sections 6 and 7.

4.4  Partner & Concierge Bookings New

Hotel concierge partners and agents booking through dedicated partner links are responsible for communicating these T&C to their guests. Commission terms are governed by separate partner agreements (see Section 8). Partner booking links automatically attribute rides to the partner account for commission tracking.

  1. Accurate Information. Provide correct passenger names, flight numbers, tail numbers (for private aviation), pickup addresses, and special instructions. You accept liability for delays or inability to perform service arising from inaccurate details.
  2. Timeliness & Contactability. Ensure passengers are ready at the scheduled time/location and that the booker/passenger phone is reachable. Failure to call dispatch before leaving will be treated as a no-show.
  3. Compliance with Laws. All occupants must wear seat belts and obey chauffeur instructions; clients may not request unlawful driving. Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceed the number of seat belts installed.
  4. Behavior & Sobriety. No smoking, alcohol, drugs, harassment, or interference with vehicle operation. We may refuse or terminate service without refund if safety or legality is at risk.
  5. Child Seats & Pets. Clients supply and install child restraints (if clients cannot supply, it should be requested when booking the ride — one (1) child seat provided free of charge). It is the responsibility of the guardian to secure and bring all child seats. Osmos Black is not responsible for any liability resulting from any malfunctioning or wrong installation of any child seats. The chauffeur is not responsible for adjusting or securing the child seats. In rare cases, the chauffeur may recommend how to install the child seats but it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure it is fully secure and installed as required by law.

    If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained and an additional fee of $50 per pet will apply. Pets must ride in carriers (non-compliance cleaning fee: $250).
  6. Payment Authority. Bookers warrant they have permission to use the card on file and guarantee payment for all charges, including no-show, late-cancellation, wait-time, and damage fees.

Late cancellations or absence at pickup are billed the full fare plus extras.

You may submit cancellation or modification requests online at osmosblack.com/cancel-reservation or by calling (786) 530-4770. For same-day changes, always call — the online form is not monitored in real time.

6.1  Special Event Cancellation: Formula 1 (May 1–May 10)

This Section 6.1 supersedes and overrides the cancellation timeframes in Section 6 for any booking scheduled to occur during the Formula 1 period (May 1–May 10, inclusive). All vehicles are non-cancelable within 30 days of pickup. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before pickup will be charged the total trip amount (100%).

Rescheduling within thirty (30) days of pickup may be treated as a cancellation at Osmos Black’s discretion and may be subject to the same 100% charge.

6.2  Major Events Cancellation Updated

The following major events carry the same 30-day non-cancelable policy described in Section 6.1. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before pickup will be charged the total trip amount (100%). Rescheduling within thirty (30) days may be treated as a cancellation at Osmos Black’s discretion.

Wait Time Charges

If no passenger contact is made within the applicable grace period, wait time charges will be incurred. All flight arrival times are determined based on data from the FlightView application. Wait time beyond the built-in grace period is charged in 15-minute increments at an hourly rate starting at $25.00, based on the vehicle reserved.

Additional Distance Charges

Any stop or deviation beyond a 15-mile radius from the planned route will incur additional charges for distance, calculated at a rate starting at $2.00 per mile, based on the vehicle reserved.

Stop Time Charges

The charges for any additional stops are based on up to 15 minutes of stop time. Charges may vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, holidays, or other factors.

Payment of Extra Fees

Any additional fees incurred (wait time, additional stops, stop time charges) must be paid in full before the trip commences. Payments for extra fees must be made either in cash or via Zelle. VIP Members and Corporate Account holders will have any such fees added to their total trip fare, charged to the payment method on file.

VIP Membership

To qualify as a VIP Member, a customer must have booked more than six (6) rides within the last six (6) months through Osmos Black. VIP Members enjoy the benefit of having additional charges added to their trip total and charged to the same payment method used to secure their booking. After the sixth completed ride, VIP Members are no longer required to provide ID and payment method photos through our secure system.

A customer becomes a VIP Member once they have met the criteria above. Once achieved, they will be notified via email or SMS, and all future transactions will reflect their VIP membership status.

8  Partner Program Terms New

The Osmos Black Partner Program is a referral and revenue-sharing arrangement for hotels, property managers, flight departments, FBOs, event planners, and DMCs (“Partners”). By enrolling, Partners agree to the following:

  • Standard tier: 15% revenue share on all completed rides referred by the Partner, paid monthly on the 1st for the prior month’s activity.
  • Preferred tier: 17.5% revenue share, unlocked after 5 completed referred rides.
  • Osmos Black handles all guest-facing interactions end-to-end. Partners have zero operational workload.
  • White-label capability is available for event planners and DMCs upon request.
  • Partner enrollment does not create an employer-employee or joint-venture relationship. Partners are independent referral sources.
  • Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid on the next scheduled payment date.
  • Partners may not represent themselves as agents of Osmos Black or make commitments on behalf of the Company.

Osmos Black does not warrant any specific travel or arrival time. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security lines, airline schedule changes, third-party actions, or any event beyond our reasonable control. Under no circumstances are we responsible for consequential, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages (e.g., missed flights, lost business, hotel costs).

Definition. “Force Majeure Event” means any event beyond the reasonable control of Osmos Black, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics/pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, major traffic disruptions, fuel shortages, or power/network failures.

Effect. If a Force Majeure Event prevents or materially delays service, Osmos Black may suspend, reschedule, or cancel the ride without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a rescheduled ride or refund of the unused portion, but no further compensation shall be payable.

Osmos Black’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare actually paid. We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings; found items are held for seven (7) days and returned at the owner’s expense.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osmos Black, its affiliates, drivers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these T&C, (ii) violation of law, or (iii) acts or omissions of any passenger you booked.

These T&C are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, or, at Osmos Black’s election, resolved by binding arbitration administered in Miami-Dade County. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

14.1  Live Driver Tracking

On the day of service, Customers will receive access to live driver tracking approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, via SMS/email or through the Company Platform, where available. Live tracking availability may vary depending on the assigned Operator/affiliate, device settings, and network conditions, and is not guaranteed.

14.2  Multilingual Communication New

Osmos Black provides full-service communication in English, French, and Spanish — from booking through destination. All trip confirmations, itinerary updates, and dispatch communications are available in the Customer’s preferred language upon request.

No waiver by Osmos Black shall be deemed a continuing waiver. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
